The Revlis Summit · Wall of love
IN HER words.
What she would tell a woman thinking about coming.
October 2026 Summit. Their words, unchanged.
Would you recommend the room?
Absolutely, yes. If you're a woman who wants to be around other like-minded leaders who share the same concerns, pressures, and ambitions, this is worth your afternoon. You'll feel heard, included, and valued in a way that's hard to find in a typical professional setting. Come ready to get a little uncomfortable. The sessions will challenge how you think about your career, your voice, and your next move. But that discomfort is exactly the point. You'll leave with more clarity, more confidence, and a stronger sense of ownership over where your career goes from here. Show up. It's worth it.
“Absolutely, this is an opportunity to be in a room with many strong Legal Ops Leaders, make connections, and learn invaluable skills!”
“If you value honest, transparent conversations with other women in Legal who are willing to share the real experiences, challenges, and lessons that help us all grow, then you need to be at Revlis Summit.”
“It is absolutely worth an afternoon or longer. Having a space for women to connect on topics like pay disparity, how to show up in a room, how to balance conflicting expectations was really refreshing and empowering. This safe space where women were able to be honest and vulnerable was energizing.”
“I’d tell her absolutely. Only if she’s willing to be honest, open, trustworthy and leave her ego at the door. This is a space where women can encourage each other. No room for mean girl energy.”
“Hell yes, even if you dont think it will benefit. Listen to the room. You're not alone.”
“It's a great room to be in, especially as a woman, to not underestimate your worth. These are the conversations we should be having on a routine basis but are scared to have.”
“I would highly recommend joining a supportive network that is committed to giving you the tools to succeed and help tilt the scales in your favor!”
“Absolutely! It was refreshing to have candid and honest conversations with supportive women.”
One afternoon. A different outlook.
THIS IS WHAT stays.
I am validated in asking for more.
Aggressively negotiate compensation as I look for a new role!
The AI workshop was probably the most immediately actionable session of the day.
Value started with just being in the same room with so many other strong women in the same industry - those connections are critical for each person there. Additionally, the information developed for the content, including the specific AI prompts shared and the lesson on building skills, was really fun to watch. The raw, gloves-off approach the founders took to share their salaries and cut through that taboo to help other women leaders was truly incredible and first of its kind. I loved this day and look forward to attending another one as soon as possible!
That I’m not alone in feeling a bit lost on what comes next. It was this moment of knowing that Revlis provides a space where I can speak openly about it with women who just get it.
It was nice to just be in a room full of equally ambitious women trying to figure out what’s next. I’m sure we are all a little lonely right now.
I'm giving myself permission to be comfortable with the uncomfortable in my career.
The main takeaway for me is how important it is to lift other women leaders while also being confident about what I bring to the table so that I can self-advocate. Each of the speakers were vulnerable yet confident, and it really helped to build a sense of trust and belonging in the community.
Validated some of the hustle moves I am making independently outside of Corporate America. It’s important that women create the space that we want to take up instead of waiting and asking for permission in systems that were never created for us.
Listen to the room. You're not alone.
Your afternoon. Your next move.
The room is possible because of them.
